Le star di “The Real Housewives of New York City” Bethenny Frankel e Jill Zarin non sono esattamente quelle che chiamereste migliori amiche, ma ora sembra che siano sulla strada della riconciliazione.
I fan dello show ricordano quanto fossero vicini i due durante le prime stagioni, ma le cose hanno iniziato a diventare tese quando l’impresa di Frankel, Skinnygirl, ha iniziato a guadagnare terreno. Frankel ha anche detto che Zarin sarebbe sempre stata gelosa delle opportunità che le si presentano, a cominciare da “Oggi”. In un’intervista con Andy Cohen per il centesimo episodio di “RHONY”, Frankel ha detto: “Ricordo che c’è stato un punto di svolta e stavo ospitando il programma Today”, per E! Notizia. “Quando sono arrivato lì, la prima cosa che mi è stata detta dai produttori è stata che Jill l’ha chiamata e ha perso la testa. ‘Perché non io? Sono migliore di lei.'”

Zarin also apparently claimed that Frankel wasn’t there for her when her husband, Bobby, was diagnosed with cancer. While Frankel was present at the funeral, Zarin said that she only attended for publicity purposes. “She came with cameras [to Bobby’s funeral], which I didn’t know were going to be there, so that changed it for me,” Zarin told Page Six. “I was so happy to see her that I didn’t question the fact that she was all dressed up, and I just didn’t know,” adding that she “did feel a bit used.”
It has been years since their feud ignited, but now it appears they’re on their way to becoming friends again.
